I placed this canvas in rehabilitating prairie on the edges of farmland in rural Ohio in late February. Over the course of the next 3 months, my conversation and collaboration with this outdoor site became “Summer Draws from Spring. This painting is a triptych so viewers can see the backside of the canvas, with its mildew and weathering. 

This painting was shown at the Nowhere Else Music Festival.
